Which promotion at social casinos gives the most GC?

There are several levels, and each subsequent one offers more advantages. Initial levels offer small weekly coin bonuses and an increased daily login bonus. At the higher levels, you get coins back on coins you've spent. I am at the top level, and I have personal offers and much more generous packages.
