Finally found someone who actually listened to me
I've been lurking here for a while but never posted because I wasn't sure what to even say. I got hurt at work about a year ago, a bad fall that did a number on my knee, and I've been fighting with the insurance company ever since. They kept denying my surgery, sending me to their own doctors who'd spend five minutes with me and say I was fine, and every time I called the adjuster I got the same runaround about needing more information or waiting on some report. I was honestly at the point where I was ready to just give up and deal with the pain because I couldn't take the stress anymore. I'm not one to go around recommending lawyers usually but this guy genuinely made a difference for me. If you're feeling stuck and like nobody's listening, don't wait as long as I did. Having someone who knows how to push back makes all the difference in the world.
